Visitors ... Round 2

My Dad and Melissa came for a visit to this little Island of Guam. Good thing they came early because if to many more people show up, the island may tip over.
They had a nice stay in Hawaii for a couple nights before flight to Guam. So we got after it the next morning...

The next day we went for a wonderful walk into a more secluded beach. It was a nice walk to start off the Island vacation.

Grandpa had some good time in the sand with Liam. Since Grandpa is a land locked dweller, Liam had to show him a thing or two about playing in the sand.

During the week, Jill took Melissa paddling on an outrigger canoe. Jill is sitting position 1 and Melissa is sitting in position 4.

Time in the water was enjoyed by all. We snorkeled a few times at Ypao Beach. Dad even got to see an octopus and flounder - two things that are hard to pick out.

Of course we had to go to Jeff's Pirate Cove for a dinner. Anybody that comes to visit will end up at Jeff's with us at least one time...if not two.

One day during the week I decided to take off and we all went up north on the island to Ritidian Beach. It is an amazing beach in the morning. This is us sipping mimosas in the morning.

At Chamorro Village they coax people out of the stands to come on up and participate - so when this cute island girl asked a group of three men, Dad included, the other two ran like little scared chickens. The man with two replaced knees ended up on stage.
This is Melissa, Bessie and Little John. Bessie, the caribou smelled like strawberries because she just had a bath.

While I had to go to work, Jill did a wonderful job of being the all inclusive tour guide.
From Asan Beach where the Americans landed to Liberate Guam from the Japanese in 1944, to the Fort where Magellan set up on the south of the island, Dad, Melissa, Jill and Liam did the world wind tour of Guam.

And when there was a little down time you could probably find them on some beach sitting in the sand and soaking up some sun.

Liam, as we all did, had a wonderful time of eating, sunning, talking, and touring.

And just when you don't think there is any good to come from jet lag you find that as you sit on the couch waiting for the rest of the world to wake up you have a chance to enjoy a sunrise from the porch.
